Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology?

The science of Kinesiology incorporates a range of natural, non-invasive and complementary therapies.

Using a method of bio feedback (muscle monitoring) to provide an understanding of any imbalances, an appropriate solution is prescribed for you.

Sometimes we come under the influences of underlying emotions, beliefs and thought patterns. By identifying and bringing them into the conscious mind it allows us to examine their true value and the impact they may have on our lives.

The correction process may draw upon any number of applied therapeutic tools to enhance the mind-body transition.

How does Kinesiology work?

When we experience pain, fatigue or illness it means that the body is currently under stress.

Kinesiology is a means of identifying key stress factors effecting your body’s natural healing processes and energy flow.

A qualified kinesiologist possesses extensive understanding of the connection between various muscle groups and the organs, cells and hormonal activities that maintain a healthy balance.
